for Crispy Fish Carbonara
(1 lb) cod or haddock fillets, skinned and cubed
1 x 225g jar ready-prepared carbonara sauce
225g (8 oz) pasta shapes, cooked
2 x 5ml spoon (2 teaspoons) olive oil
2 x 15ml spoon (2 tablespoons) breadcrumbs
1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) fresh chopped parsley
1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) grated parmesan cheese
parsley, to garnish
