x 170g (6 oz) thick cod or pollack fillets, or frozen
30g (1 oz) wholemeal breadcrumbs
1 x 5ml spoon (1 teaspoon) dried mixed herbs
2 x 15ml spoon (2 tablespoons) olive oil
salt and black pepper
