Ingredients for Easy Spanish Salmon

4 thick salmon steaks or fillets
Mayonnaise
Piquillo peppers
Strips Serrano ham

How to make Easy Spanish Salmon

  • Cover a baking tray with foil, lightly oil and arrange the salmon on the tray.
  • Place three or four peppers on top of each piece of fish, top with mayonnaise and thin slices of Serrano ham.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 20 - 25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve with tomato salad.
