Ingredients
for Easy Spanish Salmon
4 thick salmon steaks or fillets
Mayonnaise
Piquillo peppers
Strips Serrano ham
How
to make Easy Spanish Salmon
- Cover
a baking tray with foil, lightly oil and arrange the
salmon on the tray.
- Place
three or four peppers on top of each piece of fish,
top with mayonnaise and thin slices of Serrano ham.
- Bake
in a moderate oven for 20 - 25 minutes until the salmon
is cooked through.
