Ingredients
for Teriyaki Chestnut and Vegetable Stir Fry
125g broccoli, cut into small florets
125g French beans, trimmed and halved
125g baby sweetcorn
125g sugar snaps
125g carrot, peeled and cut into batons
2 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons water
15g brown sugar
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
200g Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts, roughly chopped
Handful of coriander leaves
How
to make Teriyaki Chestnut and Vegetable Stir
Fry
- Prepare
all the vegetables as appropriate. Make sure the broccoli
is cut into small florets, so they cook quickly.
- Mix
the Terriyaki sauce, water and sugar in a bowl, and
put to one side.
- In
a large frying pan or wok, heat the oil over a high
heat. Add the broccoli and stir fry, keeping them
moving around the pan all the time.
- Add
the sweetcorn, sugar snaps and carrot batons and cook
for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Add
the Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts to the pan with
the Teriyaki mixture and stir fry for a further 4
- 5 minutes.
- Add
a handful of coriander just before serving.
