Orce "Fire" horizo adds a real fiery twist
to your tapas partly. Made locally in the same way as
our other hand made chorizo the "fire" version
is extremely hot! For this tapa we have also added some
green chilli and a little extra pepper to create something
for those who like their tapas hot. The use of liver
in this recipe adds a nice texture but you can use any
meat such as pork, ham or even fruit.
