Ingredients for Sobrasada with Honey and Kiwi

1 French stick cut into toasts
150g Sobrasada
4 Tablespoons honey
1 Kiwi

How to make Sobrasada with Honey and Kiwi

  • Toast the slices of French stick.
  • Whilst hot, spread over a generous amount of sobrasada sausage.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Place one slice of kiwi on top of each toast.

Tip:

Well ripened kiwi works best to compliment the sweet flavours.
