Bream is a fish that goes well with stronger flavours,
for this recipe we used Gilthead bream fillets which,
when coupled with garlic butter work very well indeed.
We tried this recipe in a local Spanish restaurant,
cooked to perfection and a very tasty dish served up
with fresh boiled potatoes, roasted butternut squash
and green beans.
