Spanish seafood tapas recipe using fillets of fresh
mackerel marinated in lemon juice, garlic, and chilli.
These seafood tapas are easy to make and involve no
cooking as the lemon juice "cooks" the mackerel
whilst marinating. Great tapas for the summer!
for Mackerel Fillets in Lemon
4 mackerel fillets
1 Small chilli
1 Small onion
2 Garlic cloves
2 Large lemons (juiced)
