for Baked Peaches with Strawberry Cream
150 ml double cream, lightly whipped
150 g ripe strawberries, hulled and chopped
4 ripe peaches
2 tablespoons Amaretto, or orange juice, if preferred
a little soft brown sugar
6 Amaretti biscuits lightly crushed
A few fresh strawberries
to make Baked Peaches with Strawberry Cream
the oven to 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4
stir together the strawberries and double cream.

Place in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle over
the Amaretto and soft brown sugar.
To prepare ahead complete to the above stage and
then bake when required.
