Spanish chorizo and Swiss chard may seem at first to
be an odd combination but the buttery flavour of fresh
chard compliments the spicy chorizo very well. A simple
recipe with a delightful flavour which is ideal served
as starter or part of a main meal. The key with chard
is to buy fresh so try and get some from your local
farmers market or stall where it is in fresh supply.
