up. In this recipe we have a simple combination of chorizo
and garlic lightly fried in olive oil. Delicious Spanish

2 Garlic cloves
to make Fried Chorizo in Garlic
Take 2 chorizo sausages and slice thinly into 8
10 segments each.
the garlic cloves and cut into 8 10 slices
a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the
chorizo for 1 minute.
the sliced garlic and fry with the chorizo pieces
for a further 2 minutes or until the garlic begins
to turn golden brown.
