500g mascarpone cheese
25g fresh sage
Juice of one lemon
1 garlic clove
Freshly ground pepper
to make Sage and Mascarpone Spread
and pat dry the sage.
dry blend the sage in a food processor togther with
the garlic until finely chopped.
the sage and garlic with the mascarpone and the lemon
freshly ground pepper and salt to taste.
in the fridge to rest overnight so that the flavours
is ideal spread on crackers as an appetiser. Very sagey!
