750g ripe plums
500g bramley apples peeled and chopped
1 large clove of garlic peeled and finely chopped
225gr red onions peeled and chopped
1 fresh chilli, finely diced (or to taste)
1 tsp mustard seeds
100g granulated sugar
200ml white wine vinegar
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to make Hot Plum Chutney
