I hope you are able to join me and my executive chefs from Le Gavroche for nine nights of culinary delights from the 15th - 24th October 2003 . . . a journey that promises to be a truly wonderful event.

This is a unique opportunity for you to redefine your view of luxury aboard this new six-star, all-suite, all-balcony cruise ship. Rekindle your love affair with Europe. Enjoy celebrated capitals from Venice to Istanbul from the enviable vantage point of your own private balcony.

During the cruise, I will be giving exclusive talks and a cookery presentation to which you are cordially invited. Your chance to enjoy a special tour of the galleys. Dubrovnik 12:00 to 19:00
Saturday 18th October
Corfu 09:00 to 18:00 with an exclusive shore excursion. Dinner at Le Gavroche 'at sea'.
Sunday 19th October
Full day at sea. Morning cookery demonstration by Albert Roux. Afternoon presentation by Albert Roux with Questions and Answer session.
Monday 20th October
Athens 08:00 to 18:00 with an exclusive shore excursion.
Tuesday 21st October
Rhodes 09:00 to 18:00. Dinner at Le Gavroche 'at sea'.
Wednesday 22nd October
Kusadasi 08:00 to 18:00.
Thursday 23rd October
Morning at sea. Presentation by Albert Roux. Istanbul 13:00. Farewell dinner at Le Gavroche 'at sea'. Overnight in Istanbul.
Friday 24th October
Morning disembarkation for the flight to London.
