tip on Christmas Plum Pudding
If
you would like to be really traditional, carefully push
the coins in the pudding before pouring over the brandy
(not recommended if serving to little ones) and make
sure you tell everyone they may be in there! These coins
should be placed in water and allowed to boil for at
least 3 minutes to sterilise them from any harmful bacteria.
Place
the coins carefully so when you portion it up everyone
will get one, we don't want any sad faces over the dinner
table!
